Estates & Companies YouTube Channel Creation

Scope & Objectives

Spearheaded the transformation of organization's traditional in-person tour and operations into a modern, contactless, and virtual model. This transition involved the creation and management of self-guided tours, virtual tours, and the establishment of a portfolio-wide YouTube channel.

 

Tasks

  • Video Production: Responsible for the end-to-end process of shooting, editing, and uploading video tours, ensuring high-quality visual content for our audience.

  • Protocol Development: Developed and distributed comprehensive protocols for self-guided tours, ensuring safety, efficiency, and a positive experience for our clients.

  • Email Automation: Created and edited email automation sequences that incorporated video tours, enhancing our engagement and communication with potential clients.

  • Sales Team Training: Conducted training sessions to educate our sales teams about the transition, new policies, and procedures, ensuring a seamless adaptation to our updated operations.

  • Engagement and Leases: Within a span of 30 days, our efforts garnered 1.2k views and led to 48 leases, showcasing the immediate success of our transition to virtual operations.

Scope & Objective

Led the conceptualization, production, and promotion of a series of recruitment videos aimed at increasing exposure, raising awareness, and enhancing engagement with a diverse pool of tech talent.
